Where is the property located?
Millers Loft is just one mile from the pretty town of Marazion and St Michael's Mount, it is ideally located for visiting West Cornwall. By car, Penzance is less than 10 mins drive, St Ives is 15 mins, or hop on a train at St Erth (3 miles away) and take the scenic cliff top train.
How far is the nearest beach?
There are 40+ beaches and coves within a half hour drive. The nearest beach is just 3 mins from us, sandy and gorgeous.
Can I bring my dog?
We are a no dog or pet property.
What is included?
We provide all bed linen and towels and a small starter pack of dishcloth, dishwasher tablets and laundry tablets.
When is the payment due?
A 25% deposit must be made when booking by bank transfer with the remaining 75% six weeks prior to your stay.
Is there Wifi?
Yes, due to our location we have invested in superfast Wifi provided by Starlink.
Is there a minimum stay?
We don’t have a minimum stay but short stays will be charged a higher rate due to the same cleaning charge.
How do I access the property?
There is a key safe and the code will be emailed to you a few days before the booking begins.
Is there parking?
There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the property.
Are you listed on any holiday sites?
We are listed with the Sykes brand here. However if you book direct we offer a 7.5% discount on the listed price.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel and receive a full refund up to 28 days prior to your check in date date. After 28 days no refunds shall be given.
Is there disabled access?
Due to being in the loft space and the age of the property it is regretfully not suitable for those with disabilities or mobility difficulties.
